Refunds and Returns Policy

- All Sales Are Final: Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, sterility, and safety of every product provided by Legacy BioScience, LLC.

- Return/Exchange Requests Must Be Submitted Within 7 Days of Delivery: If your order arrives with any damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days of the delivery date at service@legacybioscience.com. Requests received after this 7-day period will not be eligible for review. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue in your email.

Conditions for Resolution

Product Must Remain Completely Unopened and Unused: Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used in any form or fashion is not eligible for return, replacement, or store credit. Products must remain in their original, sealed condition.

Photo Documentation Required: All return or exchange requests must include clear, timestamped photos of the following:

  • The outer shipping package
  • The sealed and unopened product(s)
  • Any visible damage (if applicable)
  • Do Not Discard the Product or Packaging until our team has completed the review process. We may request additional information or a return of the product depending on the situation.

Resolution Process

Once your request and documentation are received, our customer support team will assess the situation. If approved, we may issue a replacement shipment or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds are not issued unless the item was never shipped or the error was solely on our part.

Order Cancellations

- Cancellation Requests: Cancellations must be submitted by email prior to shipment. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. Please email service@legacybioscience.com with your order number and request.

- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. After this point, cancellations can no longer be processed.
